Dilsey M. Davis, Co-Founder / Program Director

Dilsey's background is quite diverse with extensive experience in
drama, writing, directing, producing, non-profit management,
production, singing, and health communications. This experience
coupled with her unfailing dedication to bringing about unity in diversity
uniquely positions her to lead OHF into the forefront of evoking social
change on a truly global scale. Her programming expertise is

Eric Dozier, Co-Founder / Director of Arts and Education

Eric set out to devote his musical, spiritual, and intellectual talents to
eradicating social, religious, racial, gender, and cultural discrimination.
Through heart stirring gospel music and traditional spirituals, dynamic
speeches, historical presentations, and interactive music workshops he
has dedicated himself to welding the hearts and minds of a divided

Cara M. Williams, Co-Founder / Executive Director

Cara has established a high degree of leadership credibility with many
community groups, policy makers, educational and religious institutions,
and fellow artists committed to both combating issues of discrimination
and embracing and promoting racial and spiritual unity. Ms. Williams has
a long history of musical performance, both instrumentally and vocally.
Today it is said that her style of musical expression and direction
captivates audiences and warmly invites them to become a part of the
